    Job Overview

    The Manager, Growth & Expansion position is responsible for effective planning, managing, implementing and executing PACE programs for the AltaMed PACE program. This position works with all levels of the organization in managing cross-functional teams and programs to successfully execute PACE program goals. Additionally, this position will plan and design programs, monitor effectiveness and initiate corrective action for future programs. Finally, this position will employ evidence based practices and tools in facilitating communication and delivery of projects.

    Minimum Requirements

    1. Bachelor's degree in business, health care, or related field is required.

    2. Master's degree strongly preferred.

    3. Minimum of 5 years of experience required in managing complex, cross-functional projects to successful conclusion required.

    4. Experience in data analysis and development of feasibility assessments, risk management, and change management strongly preferred.

    5. Experience in health care process improvement and change management techniques strongly preferred.

    6. Formal project management education required. Certification in project management, process improvement (green belt) and/or change facilitation preferred.

    7. Current license, insurance, vehicle and the ability to commute to Los Angeles & Orange Counties and other PACE expansions.
