Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a business analyst to join our growing team of data & advanced analytics experts. The hire will be responsible for driving of our continued growth and success.

With the commitment to innovation, business analyst evaluates the current business processes, identifies area of improvement, and helps organizations improve processes and systems for the efficiency and productivity.

The candidate conducts research and analysis to come up with solutions to business problems and introduce these solutions to businesses and end users.

We're currently searching for an experienced business analyst to help guide our organization to the future.

From researching progressive systems solutions to evaluating their impacts, the ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst.

This person should also be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape.

Job Description:

Objectives of this roleDrive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time dataServe as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levelsCreate and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levelsPerform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems developmentDetermine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and evaluate the current business processes a company has and identifying areas of improvementDefine and deliver metrics, reporting documents, dashboards, and advanced analytics for tracking and managing the businessIdentify business challenges and initiate process improvement projectsWork cross functionally with other business units to ensure reporting is accurate and consistent across the organization by raising concerns and solutions to address them and solving issues in a timely mannerCollaborate with technical resources, business resources and business owners to create and maintain project-based dashboards or ad-hoc analysis as needed using a business intelligence tool (Microsoft Power BI) to provide actionable business insights and impactful reportsFacilitate the computerization of analytics and data collection processesProvide analyses for large datasets necessary for decisions using actionable insightsCollaborate with Marketing, Sales, creative designs, operations, product development, etc.

to build scalable processes and metricsResponsible for carrying out complex analysis of datasets and conduct appropriate data validationResponsible for gathering and cleaning of datasets across multiple data sourcesResponsible for spotting vital insights and developing the framework of the organization's data systemProvide information on analytic results to business and functional leaders using visualizations to communicate data and metrics, including data maps, leveraging Power BI, etc.
