Description

The Banking Business Execution team is responsible for developing and executing the integrated Banking strategy, managing common capabilities, and driving cross-business initiatives.

This will enable Citi to achieve simplification, increased productivity, and efficiencies and enhance our operating model to enable growth. This team has a unique opportunity to make an impact across Banking for Citi.

We would like to recruit a Business Analyst for the Banking Business Execution team to help drive the strategy and execution of the integrated Banking model, provide support for strategic initiatives, and help run essential business execution functions.

This role will have the opportunity to understand how Investment Banking, Corporate Banking and Commercial Banking teams operate across Citi.

Responsibilities:

Help drive change across banking by working with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
Work with Business Execution team to streamline processes and technology and build associated policies and procedures across individual businesses that are consistent.
Prepare management analysis and reporting with high quality KPIs
Support the team in conducting indepth research and deep dives on specific businesses to evaluate strategies and opportunities in their execution.
Support the team in developing a strong understanding of market dynamics, emerging trends, and industry implications.
Prepare adhoc analyses and presentations, framing issues and synthesizing key findings of team analyses and recommendations.
Provide adhoc support on special projects of significant importance or business priority.

Qualifications:

years of experience

Strong problem solving, analytical, execution skills with clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
Ability to conduct research/analysis, synthesize large sets of data and convey a clear story supported by findings
Selfmotivated and detail oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience within Banking is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
