Position Summary:


Essential Functions:


  • Responsible for the development and revision of all agency management forms utilized by brokers/agents and staff.
  • Provide review, additions/deletions and conduct all testing on agency management forms utilized in the system database.
  • Work closely with brokers/agents and staff to resolve issues and provide enhancements for the forms database and payment plan websites
  • Provide customer service support for brokers/agents regarding problems and inquires associated with specified accounts.
  • Design, build, and implement new report formats/layouts on a customized basis for agency management system.
  • Design, build, and implement new company forms and workflows, as well as update and maintain form rules in agency management system.
  • Maintain an adequate level of knowledge of utilities and programs used to maintain our current forms/reports
  • Utilize technology to provide staff with a fast, accurate, and secure method of gaining access to information so they can service the customer in the fastest and most efficient manner possible.

Education/Experience/Skills:


  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Operations role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience programming with SQL, including the writing and creation of forms and reports.
  • SQL query writing experience.
  • Report writing experience.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and various agency management systems.
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally with internal employees and external vendors.
  • Work cooperatively with others to set goals, resolve problems and make decisions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality with the ability to handle sensitive material concerning employees, the company, customers and our business.
  • Ability to multitask; set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals and evaluate processes/results.
  • Ability to perform job duties and manage work load with little or no supervision.
  • Ability to meet designated deadlines with strong sense of urgency.
  • Must have reliable travel accommodations. May be required to perform local travel prior, during or after business hours.
