Position Overview:

The IMA Group is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team.

_ The position may require travel to clinic locations and/or attendance at conferences, with a flexible hybrid schedule of 2 to 3 days in the office per week. The compensation for this role is $63,000 annually._

Responsibilities:

Gather requirements from stakeholders, prepare actionable documentation for the development team, collaborate on report designs, and develop Visio diagrams documenting data warehouse architecture.
Organize release notes, project manage releases, author, and maintain database documentation, organize PowerPoint decks, and support the development team with testing and validation.
Conduct ad hoc analyses and validations with high accuracy, produce Excel exports, effectively communicate results to stakeholders, and assist in financial analysis and reporting.
Perform data cleanups, leverage technical skills to improve cleanup efficiencies, and support analyst team with various tasks, such as providing support to the development team and performing analyst support functions.

Qualifications:

Education: Pursuing or achieved bachelor's degree

Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Analytics, Finance, or Business.

Experience: 02 years of relevant experience.

Technical Qualifications:

Strong Excel skillset, including working with datasets, formulas, and pivot tables.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio).
Basic understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence.
Familiarity with BI reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
Basic knowledge of SQL languages (basic queries and joins).
