- Collaborate with the SDR and Marketing teams to oversee the complete sales process, from lead generation to deal closure
- Lead technical sales discussions, presenting our solutions in various scenarios and guiding clients to the most suitable options
- Act as a liaison between sales, solutions architecture, Marketing, and Operations to ensure solutions align with client needs and are technically feasible
- Offer technical support throughout the sales process, both for new and existing clients, including assisting in estimations, creating statements of work, and developing solution frameworks
- Establish and nurture client relationships to form long-term partnerships
- Address technical aspects of RFIs/RFPs
- Participate in client conversations and workshops to highlight the value and benefits of our services
- Interpret and manage customer requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives
- This role involves meeting quarterly sales targets through inbound and outbound leads
- Contribute to operational best practices within the organization
- Stay abreast of industry trends, compliance requirements, and advancements
