- Become an expert in Partner Marketing processes and systems, including systems leveraged externally by Partners (ex. Deal Registration).
- Serve as the main point of contact to the Regional Partner Marketing teams in AMS and EMEA; fostering collaboration to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Partner Marketing Operations Specialist to ensure global consistency of lead management processes.
- Address operational challenges and ensure smooth day-to-day execution of go-to-market strategy; ensuring best in class processes are established for new or updated programs in the partner ecosystem.
- Build requirements and manage the execution of an end-to-end automated strategy that supports lead capture, routing, and reporting for large scale cloud service providers.
- Support partner marketers by creating an enablement strategy, content and live sessions to help them succeed in their roles, coordinating your efforts with the Partner Marketing Academy.
- Conduct quarterly compliance audit to ensure processes are being followed and leads are being uploaded into our systems.
- Evaluate and optimize the use of systems and tools in Partner Marketing Operations
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in B2B Marketing functions; marketing operations and partner/channel experience is a must.
- Proven track record in successfully implementing and optimizing processes.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross functional projects, involving significant change management.
- In-depth understanding and hands on experience with Partner Marketing systems (including PRM), marketing funnel, partner/channel processes, demand marketing and data management.
- Ability to translate partner business strategy into operational requirements.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across different teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment, ensuring high quality deliverables with high attention to detail.
- Applies initiative and independent judgment to resolve non-routine problems.
- A passion for data and analysis, with a curiosity to get to the root of a problem and solve it.

As the Senior Manager, Partner Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for creating and implementing operational best practices and providing crucial support to the Partner Marketing organization. Your role involves active collaboration with Global and Regional Partner Marketing, Measurement & Insights, Operations, and Technology teams to drive the recommendation and implementation of processes, operational standards, data management and requirements for system optimization and tool integration. Your primary goal is to maximize the visibility into the business impact of Partner Marketing investments.
