    MGM Healthcare is seeking a talented, customer focused IT Field Support Specialist based in St. Louis, Missouri. This role will work to develop, promote and provide enhanced technology support and services. The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of skills including interpersonal, technology, customer service and first-hand experience in the post-acute care environment.

    **Principal Duties & Responsibilities of IT Field Support Specialist:**

    Travel to various offices to perform essential IT duties and responsibilities as required

    Provide senior technical project service work.

    Enhance and develop new services and initiatives to better support customers.

    General upkeep various Computing devices including: Computers, Printers and network equipment.

    Support end-users through the IT Service Desk.

    Communicate effectively and efficiently with both customers and the company

    **Skills, Abilities, & Experience Required of IT Field Support Specialist:**

    Must have a great attitude and enjoy customer service.

    Ability to manage high-pressure situations with a calm and professional demeanor while being sensitive to the timing needs and business disruption experienced by our clients.

    3+ years of hands-on work experience delivering high-quality Help Desk and Field Service support for computers and peripherals.

    4+ years work experience in PC Help Desk/Support/Help Desk capacity.

    Ability to support Help Desk issues from Level 1 through Level 3.

    Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office software.

    Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical computer and network problems with own knowledge, through documentation; know when to escalate to next level support

    Knowledge of IP Fundamentals needed to troubleshoot client connectivity issues such as DHCP and DNS.

    Ability to diagnose end-user system failures and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, diagnose printer and other peripheral device failures and resolve issues, and troubleshoot network devices in order to ensure connectivity from the PC to the network.

    Experience conducting end-user training, especially during new system implementation projects.
