- Develop in-depth knowledge of our product line to better aid with the selection process
- Identify and resolve all order issues promptly via phone or email while using research skills to troubleshoot client problems.
- Maintain client loyalty by cultivating relationships to assist in determining their needs effectively
- Process quotes and orders, prepare and follow up on purchase orders, and confirmation of ship dates
- Work effectively with internal departments to facilitate accurate account handling
- Manage both internal and external requests of varying degrees of complexity with efficiency
- Participate in projects as needed
- 1+ years of customer service experience (corporate preferred, but retail/food service accepted also)
- Mechanical aptitude/ability to learn required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
