    Corporate Resources, on behalf of our client located in St. Louis, MO, is hiring a full-time, permanent Customer Support Specialist.

    Customer Support Specialist - St. Louis, MO

    $50,000-$55,000/Annually + Full Benefits

    Our CustomerSupport Specialist will be responsible for constantly improving how we interact with clients and team members; this strengthens our ability to understand the customer's needs and business objectives. The candidate of choice must have excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor coupled with working in a fast-paced environment.     Responsibilities:

    • Work within a team environment where passion and dedication to our clients is priority
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of our product line to better aid with the selection process
    • Identify and resolve all order issues promptly via phone or email while using research skills to troubleshoot client problems.
    • Maintain client loyalty by cultivating relationships to assist in determining their needs effectively
    • Process quotes and orders, prepare and follow up on purchase orders, and confirmation of ship dates
    • Work effectively with internal departments to facilitate accurate account handling
    • Manage both internal and external requests of varying degrees of complexity with efficiency
    • Participate in projects as needed

    Requirements:

    • 1+ years of customer service experience (corporate preferred, but retail/food service accepted also)
    • Mechanical aptitude/ability to learn required
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
