- Provide technical support for company issued IT hardware and software (in person, via phone, and RDP)
- Deploy/re-deploy computers, printers, scanners, and other peripherals
- Manage inventory of computers, printers, scanners, and other peripherals
- Maintain vendor websites related to company issued IT hardware and software
- Coordinate escalated tickets and ongoing projects with our MSP (Managed Service Partner)
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong understanding of Win10/11, Active Domain, and Azure AD
- Expert understanding of O365 apps. Experience with MS365 admin centers preferred.
- Familiarity with Autodesk (AutoCAD and Inventor) products preferred.
- 2+ years minimum technical support experience in a professional work environment
- Associates degree in an IT related field. Job experience and/or industry certifications in lieu of degree will be considered.
