    Our Commercial and Sales Training Coordinator is a great opportunity for someone who started their marketing career 2+ years ago. Our role is high visibility and will have direct impact on how PENTAX meet its revenue goals and presence in the rewarding medical device industry. The Commercial and Sales Training Coordinator will support various aspects of our commercial business, including sales training, marketing support, and assistance to the PENTAX Americas President. This includes coordinating and executing effective programs and training intended to position customer facing personnel for success.

    Responsibilities Of The Commercial And Sales Training Coordinator

    • Partner with our sales leaders to understand the needs of the sales team and training support requirements
    • Manage scheduling of virtual and in-person classes for new sales representatives, and ensure their success with regular check-ins throughout their first 90 days
    • Coordinate and monitor sales pitch certification, ongoing enablement/learning, sales playbook creation, collaborating with Product Management on personas and personas use cases
    • Manage the roll-out, adoption, and knowledge transfer of sales tools such as Showpad best practices, and communicate with learners, facilitators, and speakers to ensure smooth delivery of training classes and programs
    • Manage the submission and follow up of marketing and training assets through Lytho, Pepperflow and their final organization in Showpad
    • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including reporting, ensure effective usage of the LMS, and propose improvements as necessary
    • Translate training content and material from internal and external subject matter experts into the appropriate format for deployment in the LMS
    • Manage sales training expenses, including purchasing requests, purchase orders and end-of-month reporting
    • Serve as a point of contact for execution of administrative support for the President
    • Provides support by taking and distributing minutes when necessary
    • Process and maintain expenses
    • Manage travel arrangements and preparations, including the pre-planning of trips with various internal functions

    Requirements of the Commercial and Sales Training Coordinator

    • Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree preferred
    • 2+ years of experience assisting a sales, marketing, or communications department. Equivalent experience working in an administrative role is also acceptable.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Advanced organization and time management skills
    • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multi-task with excellent follow through skills
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience working within business IT systems
    • Enjoys excelling within fast-paced, high energy environments
