Hydrafacial is hiring a Training & Education Coordinator, New York City who will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, execution of onsite events and programs within the New York City Experience Center and select off-site training & education events.

Events may vary in size from intimate gatherings to larger-scale programs, accommodating anywhere from 20 to 50+ attendees.

Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering 5-star experiences to our customers and guests, are essential for success in this position.

This role is full time, on-site, in our New York City Experience Center.


HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Assist the Training & Education Manager in planning and executing of small
- and large-scale customer facing programs and events, both on-site at the NYC Experience center and off-site "On the Road" events

  • Manage all preevent and postevent communications with attendees, including sending invitations, event confirmations, etc.
  • Cultivate partnerships and relationships with vendors such as hotels and restaurants, oversee contract negotiations, and ensure the delivery of Hydrafacial standards within budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with presenters to ensure that presentations are up to date and ready to go on as planned, and that all necessary materials and assets are available, proofread, and printed.
  • Responsible for the setup of training and presentation spaces including but not limited to assembling printing materials, organizing attendee folders, table display setup, preparing certificates, setting up AV/IT
  • Conduct comprehensive postevent surveys to gather feedback from attendees, using insights to enhance future events and programs, and track postevent sales.
  • Support the development of learning paths, playbooks, checklists, timelines, and other tools
  • Ensure proper organization, inventory management, and tracking of all supplies and training materials within the NYC Experience Center
  • Assist with additional tasks for the Training & Education team as assigned.
  • HERE'S WHAT YOU'

LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • 2+ years of fulltime experience as an events assistant or training assistant where you were responsible for assisting in the planning & execution of several events at one time
  • Experience negotiating with hotels and other venues for meeting space
  • In office onsite role at our fabulous New York City experience center
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite, must be able to create spreadsheets with basic formulas and create slides in PowerPointAbility to effectively interact with all levels of executive management
  • Ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of efficiency and be flexible with changing task.
  • Ability to effectively engage with customers in a professional and compliant manner
  • Outstanding organization skills with close attention to detail
  • A true "can do" attitude and the ability to work under pressure with a smile

(Base Pay Range:

$32.00 per hour - $39.00 per hour)- An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
