- Strong knowledge/expertise in R12/11i/Oracle and Cloud Fusion
- Create reports so users can run reports, empower users by making system configured for them.
- Depot repair for service
- Familiar w/ Depot repair, quality, manufacturing
- Be comfortable in a relatively new Cloud environment for the firm, addressing a volume of open tickets
- Cloud - PDH, EIM, CX Supply chain mgt - SCM, demand management
- Supply chain mgt - is it in EDS (elastic desktop service) or Cloud
- SQL for trouble shooting, analyze from back end, what is happening with code.
- Collaborate with business and colleagues to design solutions and interfaces that align with business initiatives.
- Maintain, enhance, and augment the core capabilities of the Oracle ERP and/or Cloud applications.
- Be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining oracle modules and solutions.
- Code, test, and troubleshoot Oracle applications as assigned utilizing the appropriate software, hardware, database, and programming technologies.
- Responsible for working Oracle enhancements request, identifying new solution, and providing general support to address break fixes.
- Demonstrate the ability to respond to user issues in a timely manner to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Attend meetings with peers to gather requirements for new applications, or modifications to existing applications
- Prepare technical documents, action plans and design specifications and other solution documents as needed.
- Conduct end-user training upon completion of software solutions.
- Modify standard software and applications to meet specified functional requirements.
- Interface with cross functional teams and end users at multiple sites for requirements gathering, data mapping, testing and verification, user training, and to communicate project status.
- Conduct level 2 support for deployed solutions.
- Ability to independently manage complex implementations and small to midsize projects.
- Ability to manage projects from start to finish.
- Provide support for project planning, implementation and training for new applications and upgrades
- Responsible for mentoring and knowledge transfer to less experienced team members.
- Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor or management.
- Be available for occasional weekend and off hours on call support for critical Sev1 issues and scheduled activities

Description
Acara Solutions, one of the U.S.'s largest aerospace staffing services firms, is helping our national aerospace manufacturing client find an IT Product Analyst to join their organization as a salaried direct employee. The salary range is $140K-167K.
This is a hybrid position requiring the employee to come onsite 3 days per week in either their Burbank, CA plant or their Bothell, WA plant.

This is an analytical problem solving support position. The ideal candidate will have/be able to:
Responsibilities:
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in computer related, engineering or similar technical discipline.
Min 10 years of progressive experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12/11i with Supply Chain, Finance, Discrete Manufacturing, and/or Service modules. This requirement is Level III. The manager will consider candidates with 3-5 years of experience at Level II.
Min 2 years of experience with SQL
These are aerospace/defense ITAR facilities, U.S. Persons required.
