KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participates in requirements gathering with internal stakeholders
  • Provides backlog input:
  • Captures user story details based on direct input from a Product Owner or above
  • Provides preliminary review of completed stories to provide input to Product Owner/Manager who is responsible for those stories.
  • Participates in brainstorming and provides input on solutions
  • Provides input to Feature/Function/Benefit as well as other release training and collateral Other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS / QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Support, Sales Engineering or equivalent, with progressive growth and demonstrated success working directly with endusers
  • Experience defining and delivering user stories and story cards, per agile development process
  • Experience with supporting webbased software products
  • Experience with payroll systems a plus
  • Production office experience with film/tv production a plus
  • Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; works well on small teams as well as with all levels of internal management and staff
  • Ability to build productive business relationships
  • A natural problem solver, ready to deal with any issues that might arise
  • Attention to detail
  • Prefer working in a fastpaced environment
  • Must be proficient at Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Outlook
