    Job DescriptionBilingual Sales RepresentativeLos Angeles, CA

    Hyundai of Downtown Los Angeles is looking for an Automotive Sales Representee that is fluent in both English and Korean.

    If you have a great communication skill and a strong desire to be in the car industry, don't pass up this opportunity

    We have a small growing team of committed and talented individuals who strive to take care of each other as well as our customers.

    Pay range from: $ $20.50 Hourly plus monthly bonus.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Following up with customers and prospecting for new business.
    • Handle all incoming internet inquiries and internet phone leads.
    • Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner.
    • Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer service.

    Qualifications:

    • Be an effective communicator both written and verbal
    • Have computer experience and good organizational skills
    • BDC/Online sales experience is recommended
    • Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention
    • Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business
    • Sales experience highly preferred
    • Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly individual goals
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
    • A passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
    • Bilingual in both English & Spanish

    Job Type:

    • Full-time employee

    Schedule:

    • 8 hour shift
    • Monday to Friday
    • Weekends

    Supplemental Pay:

    • Strong Bonus Plan based on individual performance
