    Description

    This role is perfect for someone who likes HR Generalist duties but is also interested in a career with endless career opportunities and forward movement._The HR Generalist may support a single, or multiple Primetals U.Participates in the day-to-day administration, communication, and implementation of HR policies and programs.


    • Resolves semi-complex employee relations matters.
    • Partners with management to share knowledge of global, regional, and local HR policies and regulations.
    • Serves as a business partner in developing and delivering HR generalist expertise and consultation in areas such as: performance management, organizational development, and talent acquisition.
    • Collaborate with other HR partners and business leaders to manage and execute performance/succession plans and systems.
    • Provide visible HR presence to enable real time engagement and solutions.
    • Participate in the review and development of HR Policy.
    • Provides training to managers and employees, as necessary.
    • Responsible for the hiring and recruitment activities of assigned business(es).
    • Through collaboration with Payroll and local administrative assistants address payroll issues, as necessary.
    • Participates in the identification of training programs specific to business needs.
    • Assists managers with report generation and interpretation of data.
    • May collaborate with internal customers on process improvement as required.
    *BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent practical experience, and 2-4 years of Generalist experience.

    • Knowledge of HR and Organizational Development industry best practices
    • Strong communication, project management, problem solving and decision-making skills
    • Strong HR systems skills (Experience with Success Factors preferred, but not required)
    • Ability to travel to all 4 US locations on a regular frequency
