We are currently seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) for our Human Resources department in Germany at our Melsungen location.

The Human Resources department supports and advises managers and employees at our German locations on personnel-related issues.

Through a collaborative and trusting relationship with the works council, as well as sustainable and proactive support for the departments, the HR department makes a significant contribution to the implementation of the B.

Braun strategy.


Responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for actively managing the recruiting process at our B. Braun locations in Germany, from posting job advertisements to preselecting applications and conducting telephone interviews
  • You will conduct personal interviews with candidates together with the managers of our departments and advise them as well as the HR business partners on hiring decisions
  • Your recruitment responsibility will focus on expert and management positions within a familyowned pharmaceutical and medical technology company
  • You will identify candidate profiles and ensure targeted direct contact with candidates through recruiting platforms and other recruiting channels (active sourcing)
  • You are familiar with the latest trends in recruiting and continuously develop channels/methods/search strategies for identifying suitable candidates
  • You keep an eye on relevant HR metrics for recruiting, create reports, and derive recommendations for action
  • You identify strategic recruitment needs, build a candidate pool, and manage talent relationships with "top" candidates for defined strategic target groups
  • You are responsible for organizing, conducting, and evaluating recruiting events

Qualifications:


  • You have a degree in business administration
