  • Active consultation and support of customers in the service business of aerial fire trucks for fire departments
  • Preparation of offers, order acceptance and processing
  • Needs analysis of the market and customers in the assigned area
  • Acquisition of new customers and customer retention
  • Warranty processing and escalation management
  • Sales of used and rental vehicles in the sales area
  • Cooperation with service workshops, the internal sales department and the regional sales managers for new vehicles
  • Our requirements
  • Commercial education with further training or professional experience in the (commercial) vehicle sector
- or technical education with further training in sales

  • Several years of practical work experience
  • Absolute service and customer orientation, team player
  • Knowledge of common office programs and an ERP system

  • Valid driver's license, at least class B
