locations._*Essential Functions
Participates in the day-to-day administration, communication, and implementation of HR policies and programs.
Resolves semi-complex employee relations matters.
Participates in employee investigations and recommends corrective action with a focus on issue resolution and solutions for improvement.
Advises business partners regarding semi-complex EEO, federal and state employment laws and compliance issues.
Fosters a positive and inclusive work environment.
Partners with management to share knowledge of global, regional, and local HR policies and regulations.
Engages the business to fully understand key business issues.
Serves as a business partner in developing and delivering HR generalist expertise and consultation in areas such as: performance management, organizational development, and talent acquisition.
Collaborate with other HR partners and business leaders to manage and execute performance/succession plans and systems.Provide visible HR presence to enable real time engagement and solutions.
Participate in the review and development of HR Policy.
Ensure business is fully compliant with all applicable labor laws.
Provides training to managers and employees, as necessary.
Responsible for the hiring and recruitment activities of assigned business(es).
Supports business partners through candidate identification and execution of employment offers.
Conducts new employee onboarding.
Through collaboration with Payroll and local administrative assistants address payroll issues, as necessary.
Participates in the identification of training programs specific to business needs.
Assists managers with report generation and interpretation of data.
May collaborate with internal customers on process improvement as required.
*Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent practical experience, and 2-4 years of Generalist experience.
SHRM Certified Professional preferred
*Key Competencies
Knowledge of HR and Organizational Development industry best practices
Strong communication, project management, problem solving and decision-making skills
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrates a high level of initiative
Strong HR systems skills (Experience with Success Factors preferred, but not required)
Ability to travel to all 4 US locations on a regular frequency
