    Position Summary:
    _* Quirch Foods is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The position is responsible for receiving and processing all invoices, payments, and documentation for all truck routes.

    This includes updating manifests, updating customer accounts, ensuring that all invoices are correct and counted for, and reconciling the day's work.

    *_Essential duties and Responsibilities:_
    • Handle cash, credit, or check transactions from our clients
    • Ensure that invoices are stamped "paid" with amount and date
    • Update cash payment spreadsheet to include past invoices paid cash, employee payments, and misc. payments
    • Post customer checks received and maintain a postdated check list
    • Scan and save checks into company software; archive scanned checks when required
    • Verify and release accounts on hold as directed
    • Releases route and provides payment and pickup instruction to drivers
    • Prepare Brinks deposit books and update as necessary
    • Work with CompuSafe and input/update records accordingly
    • Identify and organize invoices into categories for easier access
    • Follow up with any drivers and/or customers regarding any unsigned invoices *_Qualifications and Requirements:_
    • Minimum 1-2 years of Administrative assistance experience required
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both English and Spanish
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Solid understanding of

    Microsoft Office:
    Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
    • Basic math skills and computer knowledge
    • Knowledge in Excel - creating spreadsheets, pivot tables, formulas, etc.
    • Ability to work within a team environment
    • "Can Do" attitude
