    job summary:
    Responsibilities

    - This is in a IT Depot site which requires the ability to setup, configure and ship IT equipment, including Laptops, iPads and iPhones.

    - Quality checks operational status of system equipment before deployment.

    - Some Resolving customer issues in the areas of hardware installation, repair, upgrade, and maintenance.

    - Ensures issues are referred to the appropriate personnel/service areas for follow up, testing and troubleshooting.
