- 5 + years human resources business partner/generalist or consultant experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience consulting in a hybrid and/or decentralized environment preferred
- Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources including federal and state employment laws
- Ability to anticipate challenges, diagnose problems, prescribe actions, and promote resolutions that have a direct impact to the business strategy
- Skill to read a situation, navigate sensitivities and find creative solutions to people issues and initiatives
- Proven success in understanding and anticipating business priorities and contributing to the development of the business strategy
- Self-starter: able to challenge the status-quo sensitively and constructively
