    Description
    Sr. Direct-Hire Recruiter / Account Executive


    Would you like to join a growing team of professionals working in the energy industry? FootBridge provides staffing services to clients in oil & gas, utilities, energy services and commercial construction, supporting some of the highest profile engineering and construction projects in the country.


    We are looking for senior recruiter / account manager to help us build a new division focused on direct placement.

    You will be running a full desk, taking a lead role in developing and managing the a team as we grow.

    FootBridge believes in creating an energetic, fast-paced atmosphere with uncapped earning potential. Our office in Andover, MA features a gym, cafeteria, open office plan, and standing desks.     Responsibilities

    Source qualified candidates for direct hire opportunities using internal database, job boards, postings, referrals, and social media
    Contact candidates to assess technical qualifications, compensation needs and career goals
    Build and maintain relationships with a network of senior-level professionals in the energy and construction industries
    Research sales opportunities and bring in new business through cold calls, messaging and marketing initiatives
    Manage the hiring process from both the client and candidate sides of the business, developing trusted relationships
    Expand and maintain a consistent pipeline of clients and candidates

    Skills Required

    5+ years of experience in Recruiting and Account Management in the direct placement staffing field.
    Highly effective and confident communication skills
    Superior time management skills with the ability to manage a high call volume
    Proven track record of client development and recruiting success
    Bachelor's degree preferred

    Compensation / Benefits

    Negotiable base salary plus competitive, un-capped commission plan
