KSA's/Required Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of curricular and workforce programs, academic requirements, career opportunities and qualifications, and enrollment services processes in a higher education setting. Some knowledge of student development theory and practices. Knowledge of financial aid and scholarships. Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service to students, parents, faculty and staff. Ability to support the work of college faculty and staff for student success. Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with multicultural populations that support diversity, cultural understanding and inclusion. Ability to utilize personal computers and current software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite and social media. Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
    Additional Considerations
  • Progressive experience working with a variety of individuals in a recruitment, admissions or advising capacity and experience working in a college environment. Successful and demonstrated high performance providing exceptional customer service.
