• Manages multiple clients and competing demands in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
• Works closely with HR Business Partners/Consultants and hiring managers to understand the recruiting needs of the business; anticipates hiring needs and proactively identifies recruiting solutions to meet those needs.
• Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to classification, selection and referral.
• Develops long-term, realistic, sustainable staffing strategies that drive customer satisfaction and competitive advantage.
• Ensures the organization complies with laws and regulations as it relates to sourcing, recruiting and hiring.
• Effectively troubleshoots problems that arise in connection with recruiting and hiring.
• Keeps HR Business Partners/Consultants and hiring managers updated as appropriate.
• Effectively interacts with all levels of employees, answering questions and providing information.
• Establish and maintain processes to maximize resume tracking software.

• 35 years of experience required if you have a Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• 13 years of experience required if you have an MBA
• Prefer 5+ years of experience with staffing/recruitment for direct labor and professional experience.
• Exposure to manufacturing environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact well with people at all levels in, and outside of, the organization.
• Decision making skills and problemsolving abilities.

• Schedule: M-F, 08:00:

• 5 months, will start this 5/27/202 Hybrid at the Marlborough, MA Facility

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
