Overview:
Our Fortune 500 Client has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter II.
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities
- Manages multiple clients and competing demands in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
- Works closely with HR Business Partners/Consultants and hiring managers to understand the recruiting needs of the business; anticipates hiring needs and proactively identifies recruiting solutions to meet those needs.
- Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to classification, selection and referral.
- Develops long-term, realistic, sustainable staffing strategies that drive customer satisfaction and competitive advantage.
- Ensures the organization complies with laws and regulations as it relates to sourcing, recruiting and hiring.
- Effectively troubleshoots problems that arise in connection with recruiting and hiring.
- Keeps HR Business Partners/Consultants and hiring managers updated as appropriate.
- Effectively interacts with all levels of employees, answering questions and providing information.
- Establish and maintain processes to maximize resume tracking software.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience required if you have a Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- 13 years of experience required if you have an MBA
- Prefer 5+ years of experience with staffing/recruitment for direct labor and professional experience.
- Exposure to manufacturing environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact well with people at all levels in, and outside of, the organization.
- Decision making skills and problemsolving abilities.
Other Details:
- Schedule: M-F, 08:00:
- 5 months, will start this 5/27/202 Hybrid at the Marlborough, MA Facility
