High School or equivalent
Experience:
5+ years. Provides on-site I.T. field support to customers including installation, and servicing and repairing computer systems and equipment. Good interpersonal skills to work with customers and other unit personnel
Good analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills.
Good time management and organizational skills Ability to resolve hardware and equipment problems, Office environment, Windows 7/10 experience, able to lift 30 lbs regularly.
No travel required. Able to work in the USA.Interview Process:
Phone interview followed by in-person interview at customer site.
