RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitoring and controlling all activities to ensure smooth operation of the software for our Mobility division (application and infrastructure)
  • Defining operational requirements for projects and services during the analysis and conception phase
  • Calculating expected ongoing operating costs upon project approval
  • Assisting with application installations in close collaboration with external partners
  • Co-responsibility for approvals according to defined gateways in projects
  • Managing and monitoring external service providers

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable vocational training
  • Extensive experience in IT operations (applications and infrastructure)
  • Good knowledge of IT service management processes and project management
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and cost awareness
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
