In our AWO Senior Center Knetzgau, seniors are cared for according to the house community concept in 5 living communities with 16 places each, mainly in single apartments.

In the context of this permanent full-time or part-time position, you are responsible for carrying out basic and treatment care according to current standards, in connection with the implementation of care planning and documentation. You actively participate in quality assurance measures and place special emphasis on service-oriented communication with our customers and their relatives.

You are an expert in gerontopsychiatric conditions and share your knowledge in case discussions and trainings with our employees. You take special care of people with gerontopsychiatric changes in their daily lives.

You are jointly responsible for work execution in terms of care quality assurance and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
