Description

Serves as the TSC Branch (TSCB) representative, resident within Training and Education Command (TECOM) Range and Training Programs Division (RTPD), provide on-site support for the Branch Supervisor, and liaison/coordination for the TSCB and subsidiary sites with TECOM and subordinate and peer entities.

TA will have familiarity with training doctrine policy, unit readiness planning and training management systems.

TA understands and supports Training and Education Command training efforts, strategy, processes, and management tools provided by TECOM and effectively coordinates with subordinate sites.

15+ years Military Experience.

USMC Division/Wing (or higher) level operations/training experience, or other Service equivalent.
Proven experience communicating and coordinating with Headquarters and Service supporting establishment level leadership and supporting staff(s), discussing doctrinally sound operational and training concepts with unit Commanders and Training Officers/personnel.
Marine Corps, Unit Readiness Planning experience.
Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the mission and function of the TSC.
Current operational experience - (i. e., Operation Enduring Freedom or Operation Iraqi Freedom, Marine Expeditionary Unit / Special Purpose MAGTF).
Microsoft SharePoint/TEAMS subject matter expertise, management, design, and workflow development.

* 10+ years Military Experience.

USMC Regiment/Group (or higher) level operations/training experience, or other Service equivalent.
Proven experience communicating and coordinating with Regimental (or higher) level leadership and supporting establishment staff(s).
Understands the Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) concept for training Major Subordinate Commands.
Understands Systems Approach to Training.
Awareness of the mission and function of the TSC.
User-type familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint/TEAMS.
Knowledgeable in:

o MAGTF and component organization, missions, operational weapons, equipment, and systems.

o FMF units and tenant commands, resident at each contract supported installation.

o Doctrinal USMC training and operations from squad to MAGTF level, spanning all elements of the MAGTF organization.

o Training requirements and ability to develop appropriate solutions to complex unit training needs.

o Service training resources to include resource purpose, capabilities, capacities, and Points of Contact.

o Applicable safety and training regulations and requirements.
