- Collaborate with the Medical Strategy and Knowledge Advancement team to develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs aligned with our product portfolio and go-to-market strategies
- Track and monitor the training and onboarding progress of over 300 salespeople across two divisions and 30 regions, ensuring consistency and effectiveness of training delivery
- Gather and analyze data from various sources, including online training systems and live training reports, to measure the impact of sales training initiatives on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales productivity, product knowledge retention, and customer engagement
- Identify areas for improvement in the sales training process and propose data-driven solutions to optimize training outcomes and drive sales performance
- Work closely with subject matter experts, including product managers, marketing teams, and medical affairs, to develop and maintain accurate, engaging, and up-to-date sales training content
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, such as AI powered learning platforms and adaptive learning tools, to personalize and enhance the sales training experience
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices and knowledge transfer across sales teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Provide regular reports and insights to sales leadership and the Medical Strategy and Knowledge Advancement team on the effectiveness of sales training programs and their impact on business objectives
- Maintain and run reports from the Learning Management System
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of sales training initiatives with overall organizational goals and processes
- Other duties tasks and responsibilities as assigned
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and modern training methodologies
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights to drive improvement in sales performance
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS), sales enablement platforms, and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with AI and machine-learning applications in sales training and enablement
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple training initiatives simultaneously
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborative and proactive mindset, with a passion for driving sales excellence through continuous learning and improvement
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support sales training events and initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field from an accredited college or university; master's degree a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in a sales training or enablement role, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
