Regular Full-Time Exempt


SUMMARY:

SABG is seeking a Junior Training/Workshop Analyst to support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (OSD) Policy Management and Operations Shared Services (PMOSS) office.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Assist in the development, facilitation, and tracking of training, workshops, and offsite events for the OSD PMOSS office
  • Facilitate career development for Policy personnel for all career levels and Policyspecific strategic communications planning
  • Support executive level priorities to organizational effectiveness
  • Manage requested training and professional development requests by the Policy workforce and the scheduling of emergent training and professional development opportunities for the Policy workforce by populating details of the events

SUPERVISION:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND/OR EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience assisting in the development, facilitation, and tracking of training, workshops, and offsite events is required
  • Knowledge of training principles and frameworks

COMPUTER SKILLS:


  • Skilled in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment
