**Our Regional Coaching Consultants work to foster a culture of associate development by creating training programs that representatives look forward to experiencing, to grow an enhance their sales skills.

The
Expertise We're Looking For

  • Ten years of sales experience in the financial service industry
  • Experience with advanced planning and book of business practice management
  • Series 7, 63, 66 required
  • Insurance licenses required within 6 months of hire
  • CFP certification preferred
The
Purpose of Your Role


The Regional Coaching Consultant works strategically with key business partners across Personal and Workplace Investments to create and deliver sales training and development support for our Branch and Phone sales roles.


The goal of the RCC team is to best prepare our associates to tailor Fidelity's solutions to meet their customers' unique needs today, anticipate and plan for their future needs, and remain knowledgeable and relevant in serving them over a lifetime.

The Phones Regional Coaching Consultants will report directly the VP of Sales Training and the Branch Regional Coaching Consultants will report to the Regional Sales Managers with a dotted line to the VP of Sales Training.

Skills You Bring

  • Advanced financial planning expertise and experience
  • Your innate ability to identify developmental training opportunities and collaborate with product groups and corporate training on program design
  • Superior presentation skills with respect to small team meetings and/or large scale seminars & workshops
  • Relevant knowledge of Fidelity culture and customer base, our products, tools, services and distribution model
  • Ability to drive national initiatives and coordinate effectively with peers in phone sites and branch regions
  • You are capable of influencing and motivating others while providing leadership and direction
The

  • Facilitating high quality sales training for branch and phone sales associates, utilizing all mediums: classroom, small group training, virtual and workshop
  • Sharing financial planning expertise to appropriately position Fidelity's retail guidance tools, products, and planning strategies
  • Training branch associates to become highly proficient and effective sales consultants by embracing consultative selling practices
  • Supporting the branch culture of growing the business

From content creation to classroom delivery, the Regional Coaching Consultant is accountable for improved learning curriculum and the ongoing proficiency of our sales representatives.

This team ensures training is impactful, useful, and engaging while modeling and exercising the core Fidelity values and beliefs in serving our customer's needs.

Series 0- FINRA, Series 0- FINRA, Series 10 - FINRA, Series 6- FINRA
