    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.

    Are you a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician seeking a new opportunity in a dynamic and supportive environment? RPH on the Go is currently seeking a dedicated Order Entry Pharmacy Technician to join our team in West Henrietta, New York. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a stable and growing setting, with potential for permanent placement based on performance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurately process prescriptions in a high-volume setting using designated pharmacy technology.
    • Enter patient and order information into the pharmacy system, ensuring accuracy in data entry and dosage details.
    • Coordinate with pharmacists to verify prescriptions and ensure correct medication dispensing.
    • Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations.
    • Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications.
    • Address and resolve patient inquiries regarding prescription status or issues.
    • Support pharmacy operations by maintaining an organized and efficient workflow.

    Shift:

    • Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
    • Rotating weekends every third weekend:9:00am - 5:00pm

    Requirements:

    • Pharmacy experience.
    • Prior order entry experience

    Pay:

    • Rate starting at $20/hour
