- Collaborate with the Sales team to understand their needs and provide effective support with sales proposals and presentations, conferences, and trade shows
- Generate sales reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate on the development of sales collateral and related materials
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Develop sales support policies and procedures to streamline operations
- Participate in the training and onboarding of new salespeople
- Facilitate new customer inquiries
- Proven experience in a sales support or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficient in SalesForce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite & Presentation Software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
