- Reviewing leases to understand rent increases
- Inputting rent increases
- Following up on rent discrepancies in payment
- Running financial reports
- Billing tenants for various costs and adjusting tenant accounts
- Reconciling bank statements
- Setting up tenant accounts and inputting lease terms related to CAM's and increases
- Following up with Property Manager on questions related to tenant accounts
- Processing month and year-end close
- Assisting with audits
- Entering CAM information
- Entering deposits into Excel
- Managing tenant files
- Providing back up to Accounts Payable
- Ability to work well as a team
- Strong financial auditing and analysis
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- MRI software experience is a plus
