    Job DescriptionMBS is hiring Controls Engineer in Urbana, OH. This position is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. FULL JOB DESCRIPTIONPRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Provide application/control design, architecture, and development for systems of varied complexity.
    • Develop and evaluate alternative system solutions that meet stated customer requirements.
    • Create/modify program/system logic involving multiple systems and subsystems.
    • Proficient in several programming languages and control device networks including, but not limited to Siemens, Allen Bradley, and ABB.
    • Proficient with HMI design, PID loops, Machine networking.
    • Interacts with customers, engineering, maintenance, and production employees to resolve issues and identify opportunities.
    REQUIREMENTS
    • Degree in Electrical, Computer, or Industrial Engineering with a minimum of 3 years' experience in industrial controls or 10 years of Controls experience in a manufacturing plant (paper manufacturing preferred).
    • Extensive development experience with ABB DCS, Siemens, or Allen Bradley controls.
    • Strong project management and leadership skills.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Walking, stooping, lifting, and ability to work in a hot and humid environment for extended periods.
