And right now, we're looking for an I&T Lead Business Partner. Based at our Capenhurst Site you'll
manage a team of I&T Business Partners & Business Analysts, within the Business Engagement function, providing line management and work allocation / management to the team.
The I&T Lead Business Partner will face off to specific areas of the Urenco Group core business processes.The role will be to understand the specific operational & development needs of the business, bringing in the wider I&T team to assist in problem solving and future strategy, which can benefit from the use of technology based services and processes.
The I&T Lead Business Partner will co-ordinate and manage the activities of the I&T Business Partner/Analyst team, ensuring the team as a whole work effectively and efficiently.
What will your day look like?Develop and manage client portfolios
Support business growth agenda and operability by maximizing value
Analyze customer data to improve user experience
Hold product demonstrations and facilitate solution workshops for customers
What do you need to be great at this role?
5 years + IT Business Relationship Management / Customer Success Management
A thorough understanding of manufacturing / process management.
Managing team workloads and Line Management experience
Highly aware of User Experience drivers within business and user settings
