    Description
    Establishes strategic direction for the Bally's Database Marketing area.

    Develops database marketing segmentation programs targeted to key audiences.

    Oversees the data input of customer prospects and is responsible for customer list generation process and prioritization.

    Develops database marketing segmentation programs targeted to key audiences.


    Works with the Information Technology staff in development and administration of databases that support all Marketing efforts and coordinates the analysis of results driven by marketing efforts with operations analysis.

    Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of leadership.
    Qualifications
    Education

    Bachelors of Marketing (preferred)
    Experience

    *Information Technology and Business Analysis skills preferred.
    *Minimum 3-5 years' experience in leadership of Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations
    *Must possess excellent project and people management skills.
    *Professional written and verbal communication skills.
    (preferred)
    Licenses & Certifications

    NJ Key License (preferred)
