    Manager of Talent Acquisition - Dallas, United States - Corgan

    We are actively recruiting a highly motivated and collaborative Manger of Talent Acquisition. The Manager, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, will assist in identifying and recruiting talent to the firm, mentoring, developing, and leading the firms global talent acquisition team, while collaborating with firm leadership to enhance the talent portfolio of the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    The Manager will positively contribute to the firms external reputation by representing our culture and opportunities to candidates authentically and with enthusiasm. Expectations will include influencing the continuous development and/or refinement of the recruitment processes, strategies, and the implementation of recruitment innovations. The Manager will also be responsible for the management of requisitions, solving issues, as well as participating in the planning, evaluation, and development of short-term and long-range staff projections. Additionally, the Manager will partner with internal clients to anticipate and identify potential workforce gaps, educate client base on recruiting processes, interviewing and candidate evaluation skills, as well as collaborating to set goals to ensure recruiting strategies align with staffing needs and overall firm hiring goals.

    Additional responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Collaborate with firm leadership to identify staffing projections, oversee and implement recruitment strategies, evaluate candidate qualifications, coordinate interviews and any other topics related to recruitment
    • Recruit all levels of hires for the firm utilizing the ATS, social media, online searches, professional networking, and relationship building
    • Process new applicants in ATS and communicate with candidates answering questions while moving them through the recruitment process
    • Evaluate candidates, through coordinated pre-screens and interviews, to assess culture and position fit and to gather salary expectations
    • Manage the candidate funnel by ensuring that candidates are reviewed timely by the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers in an effort to positively impact the candidate experience and maintain timeliness in the screening process
    • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to recommend offer amounts; extend and negotiate offers; manage onboarding expectations
    • Oversee and evaluate job postings on preferred advertising platforms and Corgans website
    • Continuously educate hiring managers around Talent Acquisition strategies
    • Provide ongoing coaching to hiring managers in order to continuously improve interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
    • Lead, mentor and develop the talent acquisition team using analytics and data driven insights to support changing business needs
    • Lead the talent team by demonstrating a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement in the talent acquisition process
    • Supervise campus recruiting efforts, including pre-career fair coordination, candidate management and communication, initiatives, goals, and enhancements from year to year
    • Evaluate and monitor key recruitment metrics while using data to continuously mentor the talent team and improve the process
    • Develop reports around Talent Acquisition data as necessary.
    • Explore, select and track optimum recruitment sources and external recruitment vendors
    • Assist Director of Talent Acquisition in implementing appropriate recruitment best practices within the organization to include any other duties as assigned
    Qualifications:

    Qualified candidates should exhibit strong organizational and communication skills as well as:

    • 10+ years of recruiting experience; corporate environment preferred
    • Exceptional customer service skills required
    • Specialized knowledge and experience in recruiting processes, offer negotiation and client management required
    • Experience leading a team of talent acquisition professionals to include the ability to demonstrate accountability for own and teams actions.
    • Relationship focused with a proven ability to build and maintain collaborative partnerships with all levels within the organization.
    • Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and the ability to develop appropriate reports related to team metrics
    • Proven analytical and data driven capabilities to continuously assess and enhance the recruitment lifecycle based on business needs
    • Knowledgeable in the use of HRIS applications, Outlook, and MS Office Suite
    • Knowledge of hiring practices, policies, procedures, and employment laws
    • Ability to articulate the organizations total compensation plan, benefit plans and overall culture to attract top talent
    • Some travel required to support regional offices
    • Must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image as unique situations present themselves
