    Position OverviewWe are growing and the Talent Acquisition Sourcer is a new role within the Texas region. This role partners closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to identify, attract, and assess exceptional candidates.

    We are looking for passionate, innovative thinkers who can help leverage new approaches to bring the very best talent to UESAs the Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will tap into various tools and resources (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZoomInfo, local job boards, social media groups, etc.) to uncover the best talent in the market and match them with the roles to which they are best aligned at UES.

    You will take ownership and drive research and sourcing efforts for assigned searches, partnering with Talent Acquisition and closely collaborating with hiring managers on search strategies, candidate profiles, candidate pipeline, and industry trends and insights.

    You will be the expert in building relationships with passive candidates.

    You'll assist with improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems and processes, resulting in increased and measurable candidate delivery.

    You'll be the primary driver of outreach and consistent messaging to maintain our brand integrity, and will deliver qualified, diverse candidates for hard-to-fill positions.

    Position ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Business Partners on recruitment activitiesDevelop relationships with hiring managers to better understand the business and needs of each departmentPost enhanced and inclusive job descriptions by utilizing our technology stack across various job boardsSource and secure talent for niche environmental, engineering, and construction positions, including scheduling interviews and frequent communication with candidates and hiring managersDevelop strategies and messaging to attract and engage passive candidates, while focusing on defining and driving key metricsCommunicate and provide regular feedback to candidates during the recruitment process to create a lasting and impactful positive candidate experienceMeet regularly with hiring managers and TA Partners as neededUtilize data analysis and market insights to make informed decisions and recommendationsManage a proactive pipeline of candidates for both immediate and future talent needsAssist with ad hoc talent initiatives as neededAdditional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesPreferred Qualifications2+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with strong preference for experience sourcing for Construction or Civil Engineering or other niche rolesExperience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Indeed, etc.)Strong understanding of sourcing methods and strategies, including Boolean searchesFocus on candidate experience, action-oriented, and motivated by resultsTrack record of building talent pipeline through passive sourcing efforts and candidate engagementStrong ability to track and manage data and workflows#J-18808-Ljbffr
