    The Job:

    • Direct and manage resources for efficient program management.
    • Lead departmental program oversight and mentor project teams.
    • Align efforts with corporate strategies and initiatives.
    • Develop and execute change plans in line with industry best practices.
    • What you'll do:
    • Lead multiple business programs to achieve strategic goals.
    • Manage program scope, schedule, and budget.
    • Provide consultation to plan and implement programs for operational improvement.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and business strategies.
    • Build and manage a team for assigned functional area.
    • Ensure governance rigor and effective risk management.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 8 years of project or program management experience.
    • Experience with Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
    • Knowledge of risk management policies and program evaluation.
    • Proficiency in change management and budgeting.

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience with regulatory matters and Financial Crimes governance.
    • Understanding of federal and state laws related to financial regulations.
    • Ability to think innovatively and promote a culture of service excellence.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Military experience is a plus.
