- Develop and manage organization-wide learning programs aligned with company objectives.
- Coordinate various training methods such as classroom sessions and virtual training.
- Promote training opportunities and provide necessary information to employees.
- Lead the Professional Development Committee and other relevant committees.
- Conduct training needs assessments for new and existing staff.
- Collaborate with other managers to optimize training efforts.
- Stay updated on training methods and design educational materials.
- Seek and integrate educational grants into programs.
- Maintain training records and assess program impact.
- Administer training licenses and conduct evaluations.
- Coordinate logistical aspects of training sessions.
- Manage training budgets and ensure compliance with grant requirements.
- Act as a system administrator for training software.
- Promote a culture of learning and development within the organization.
- Demonstrate commitment to organizational values and goals.
- Participate in emergency response activities as needed.
- Attend relevant training sessions.
- Carry out any other assigned duties.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of three years experience in training or related roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office technologies.
- Valid US State Driver's License.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
