    The role of Professional Development Program Manager involves planning, implementing, and overseeing training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge. This includes coordinating training activities, assessing needs, and collaborating with different departments to ensure effective training.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage organization-wide learning programs aligned with company objectives.
    • Coordinate various training methods such as classroom sessions and virtual training.
    • Promote training opportunities and provide necessary information to employees.
    • Lead the Professional Development Committee and other relevant committees.
    • Conduct training needs assessments for new and existing staff.
    • Collaborate with other managers to optimize training efforts.
    • Stay updated on training methods and design educational materials.
    • Seek and integrate educational grants into programs.
    • Maintain training records and assess program impact.
    • Administer training licenses and conduct evaluations.
    • Coordinate logistical aspects of training sessions.
    • Manage training budgets and ensure compliance with grant requirements.
    • Act as a system administrator for training software.
    • Promote a culture of learning and development within the organization.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrate commitment to organizational values and goals.
    • Participate in emergency response activities as needed.
    • Attend relevant training sessions.
    • Carry out any other assigned duties.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Minimum of three years experience in training or related roles.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office technologies.
    • Valid US State Driver's License.
    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work with diverse groups and manage multiple projects effectively.
    • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
