    Salary:
    $120,000 - $160,000 per year

    Responsibilities:


    Manage and oversee audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring quality and compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

    Lead and mentor audit teams, providing guidance and support to staff members throughout the engagement process.
    Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering value-added services.
    Review financial statements, audit workpapers, and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
    Stay abreast of industry trends, accounting principles, and regulatory changes, and apply this knowledge to client engagements.
    Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the audit department, contributing to the firm's growth and success.
    Assist in business development activities, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and networking events.
    Collaborate with other departments and professionals within the firm to deliver integrated solutions and exceed client expectations.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; CPA certification preferred.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit services.
    Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting requirements, and GAAP/GAAS.

    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels.

    Proven track record of managing multiple engagements simultaneously and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
    Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
    Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
