    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team.

    This is a permanent position within the Construction industry, offering a unique opportunity to apply your financial acumen in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.

    The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our financial planning and decision-making processes, providing essential support to our financial management team.

    As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, financial reporting, and cash flow management.

    This role is integral to our strategic planning and business growth, and we are looking for someone who can bring a fresh and innovative approach to our financial operations.

    Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
    Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for financial improvement.
    Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presenting clear and concise findings to senior management.
    Manage cash flow effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
    Collaborate with various departments to gather and interpret financial data, providing insightful recommendations based on your analysis.
    Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
    A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role, preferably within the Construction industry.
    Strong proficiency in financial software and database systems.
    Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide effective solutions.
    In-depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
    Excellent understanding of cash flow management.
    Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and compelling manner.
