Your tasks

Support in the development, optimization, monitoring and documentation of data input templates for externally provided data

Ensuring complete and timely processing of corresponding regular and irregular tasks in day-to-day operations (hands-on support)

Active participation in technological advancements for data capture processes (robotics, AI-based solutions for data extraction from structured and unstructured documents and files, interactive web portal solutions, etc.) or in the introduction of new products and services together with the IT department

Support in the design of functional and technical data models in our DWH, taking into account downstream system solutions for reporting

Maintenance of functional taxonomies in coordination with reporting requirements

Your profile

Successful completion of studies in business administration, (business) informatics or comparable, or alternatively an apprenticeship with relevant professional experience

First professional experience in the essential areas of financial management and the standard software used there, business processes, data management, project management, finance and accounting, auditing or controlling

Knowledge of quarterly financial statements and financial ratios of funds

Knowledge of structuring efficient data management processes including typical database techniques and setting up quality controls

Analytical and structured way of working as well as corresponding resilience

Communication skills, confident appearance and a sense of humor
