The Full-Time Sales Associate role is a full-time position, where you will receive hands-on guidance and mentorship from senior leadership.
You will act as the initial point of contact answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering guidance tailored to customer wants and needs.
Full-Time Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Provides responsive support to clients engaging in a oneonone conversation
- Assist new sales staff in basic operations and procedures
- Maintain an ongoing relationship/communication with our customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services
- Ensure compliance with procedures and company standards keeping up to date with changes in the sales process, pricing, and products
- Manage customer inquiries utilizing persuasive sales techniques to set sales targets and goals
- Attend sales strategy meetings offering suggestions based on customer feedback and territory data
Characteristics of Successful Full-Time Sales Associates:
- Enjoys problem-solving and finding creative solutions for customer concerns
- Highly motivated, outgoing team player with a strong desire for success
- Excellent oral and written communication, client communication skills are essential
- Retail, customer service, and/or sales experience will be considered an asset
- Can work independently in a fastpaced environment
Pay:
$48, $60,000.00 per year
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
