    The Position: Physical Therapist
    The Physical Therapist role involves delivering physician-prescribed Physical therapy to enhance or minimize any remaining physical limitations of the patient. They maintain close communication with Physicians, the healthcare team, and other relevant parties to ensure optimal patient care. Additionally, they play a key role in developing and updating individualized care plans as needed. Collaboration with Americare Therapy Services is also crucial to address any Rehab service-related concerns and support patient care.

    Position Qualifications:
    • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience
    • Licensed by The State of New York as a Physical Therapist
    • Graduate from a physical therapist program approved by The Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) or its successor bodies
    • Strong initiative and independent decision-making abilities

    Locations:
    Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island

    Job Types:
    Contract, Per diem

    Pay:
    $100.00 per hour
