Deborah McGrath

I am a Physical Therapist specializing in myofascial release which is connective tissue work.  I am also a myofascial yoga instructor, health coach and breath work facilitator.  I encourage natural health and wellness through exercise, healthy diet and breath work.  I am passionate, reliable, dedicated and efficient. 

I have a well rounded background in physical therapy in most settings.  I began on a trauma unit in a hospital with acute rehab for strokes and trauma.  I have done about 5 years of Orthopedic outpatient, 13 years of SNF, a head/brain trauma per diem position, home care both adult in AZ and adult and pediatric in NY.  I have done private work since 2011 both home care and at an office and currently still do.

I began my t-DPT at University of St. Augustine in Florida in January 2018 and stopped after my second course in August 2018.  My youngest son was involved in a car accident and that took priority.  Not sure when and if I will finish.  I have taken over 12 myofascial release courses and repeated many.
