    The Opportunity

    We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team of exceptional healthcare professionals at Complete Wellness. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in integrative healthcare, exceptional communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. As a Physical Therapist within our team, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, planning, and executing physical therapy programs using an integrative approach.

    What You'll Do:

    • Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions utilizing physical and mechanical methods
    • Maintain accurate medical records and design treatment programs
    • Adjust treatment plans as needed based on patient progress and tolerance
    • Assist patients in developing home exercise programs
    • Complete required documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives
    • Engage in ongoing professional development activities and interdisciplinary collaboration

    What You'll Need:

    • A valid New York State Physical Therapist license
    • Strong organizational, communication, and observational skills
    • Clinical experience with individualized patient care
    • Willingness to learn and adopt new treatment approaches
    • Team player mindset and comfort in a fast-paced environment
    • Dedication to completing tasks effectively
    • Positive and proactive attitude
