The Physical Therapist role involves evaluating, planning, implementing treatment, and documenting patient status for home care patients. You will be supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and reviewing their documentation as needed.
Support the organization's mission to deliver top-quality care by adhering to regulatory guidelines, meeting agency standards, and obtaining the necessary certifications.
Formal education required:
Previous experience required:
Minimum of one year of pediatric physical therapy experience and/or affiliation with pediatrics.
